What we do with your details.

Short version: we only collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell or share it.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and whatever you tell us about your business or enquiry. That's it, there's no account to create and no data collected before you choose to send it.

Why we collect it

Purely to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to build and run the service you've asked for. We won't use it for anything else, and we won't pass it to anyone outside TM Automations.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry details within a few months. If you do, we keep what's needed to run your service for as long as you're with us, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool that doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually. It tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they look at, nothing more, and no consent banner is needed because no personal data is collected.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
